Privacy, security & data handling

• Staff and administrator accounts sign in through our managed authentication provider with email + password.
• Administrative areas are protected by server-side role checks — being signed in does not by itself grant moderation or applicant-data access.
• Learner accounts on Educaline Academy are managed inside the Academy platform and follow its own sign-in flow.

• Job applications: name, email, phone, country, position, qualifications, experience, availability, expected rate, optional cover letter and CV file.
• Parent reviews: the name/initials, child grade and review text you choose to share.
• Contact via WhatsApp / email: only the information you send us in the conversation.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

• Traffic to this website is served over HTTPS.
• Application records are stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level access rules so that only authorised Educaline administrators can read submitted applications.
• Uploaded CVs are kept in a private storage bucket. They are not publicly listable, and reviewers access them through short-lived, signed download links.
• Public submission forms (careers, reviews) accept new entries but cannot read, modify or list previous submissions.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the site:

• Lovable Cloud — application hosting, database, authentication and file storage.
• Email delivery — to send application confirmations to candidates and notifications to our careers inbox.
• WhatsApp — only when you choose to message us through the WhatsApp link.

• Job applications are retained while your candidacy is under consideration and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can contact you about future roles.
• Reviews remain published until you ask us to remove them or we remove them at our discretion.
• You can ask us to delete your application, CV or review at any time using the contact details below.
